Coalesce psychology is a private practice and as such fees are payable for services provided, even with a GP referral. We do not Bulk Bill.

Cancellation Policy –A 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or a $50 cancellation fee will be payable prior to or at your next session.

The 60% of the full session fee will be charged for non-attendance without any notice. 

Our fee per session is $220. With access to Medicare benefits, you can save $98.97 per session with a registered psychologist. To access Medicare rebates, you will need to book an appointment with your GP and request a Mental Health Care Plan and referral letter. Your referral can be made out to Coalesce Psychology. Please email these documents to reception@coalescepsychology.com.au before your first appointment. This ensures your psychologist can provide the best support according to your Mental Health Care Plan and keeps all necessary information for Medicare rebate claims in one place. After your session, the full fee for your sessions will be processed, and the rebate amount of $98.97 will be returned to your nominated account. You can access up to 10 rebated sessions per calendar year. 

The recommended NDIS fee of $232.99 per session is charged for NDIS clients. We can see clients who are self-managed or plan managed. We unfortunately cannot see NDIA-managed clients. 

If you’re not eligible for available funding or have used your allocated funds, you can still access our services by paying privately. No referral is required. $220 per session (50+ minutes).
